Same Day Delivery and Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

For same day delivery, enter your shipping information at checkout to see if same day delivery is available to your location. Then under Shipping Method, select "SHIPSI Same-Day Delivery". If you don't see this option, it's not available on your order.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with estimated delivery time.

Delivery is available during store hours. Check our store locator page to see your nearest store hours.

For buy online, pick up in store, at the checkout page, under delivery method, select "Pick Up" to view all of our locations. Simply select the location you'd like to pick up your order from and follow the checkout process.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Bring that email to the store to pick up and that's it!

What are my shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected.

How do I order a gift card?

Are gorjana items nickel free?

The 18K gold, rose gold, or silver plating is nickel free. However, we do not consider our items nickel free because the base metal can carry traces of nickel.

Can you cancel my order?

Who do I contact for auction/charity donations?

We create a custom package to help support your organization through a silent or live auction, raffle, or jewelry pull. Email the event details and we will get the donation started.

I have multiple promo codes can I use them all?

I live outside the US do you accept international orders?

Shipping Outside the United States: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00. Delivery times are estimated to be 14-30 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. International orders are shipped USPS and tracking is currently unavailable for orders placed outside the United States. For questions please contact Customer Care at

Do you offer returns on sale items?

Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase.

How do I track my order?

At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to our shipping provider.

Order Status: If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account at My Account and clicking My Orders. If your order states “In Process”, your order has been received and is being processed by our fulfillment team. Changes cannot be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. If your order is marked as “Shipped”, you will see a shipment tracking number.
