We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected.

How do I take care of my gorjana jewelry?

Preserve its plating properties by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals. Store the jewelry in a cloth bag to protect it from the elements.

How do I place a return?

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To process your return please visit our online return portal.

Repairs may take up to 4-8 weeks to re-store your piece to the top quality gorjana stands behind. If the same product is not available for exchange or repair, a credit will be issued to gorjana.com.

Are gorjana items nickel free?

The 18K gold, rose gold, or silver plating is nickel free. However, we do not consider our items nickel free because the base metal can carry traces of nickel.

Can you cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact our customer care team by email at customercare@gorjana.com or phone at 1-866-829-0030 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Is gorjana.com a secure website?

Who do I contact for auction/charity donations?

We create a custom package to help support your organization through a silent or live auction, raffle, or jewelry pull. Email charity@gorjana.com the event details and we will get the donation started.

I have multiple promo codes can I use them all?

Only one promo code can be activated per transaction. If you are having troubles with your promo code you can reach out to our Customer Care team and they can help you by email at customercare@gorjana.com or phone at 1-866-829-0030.

I live outside the US do you accept international orders?

Shipping Outside the United States: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00. Delivery times are estimated to be 14-30 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. International orders are shipped USPS and tracking is currently unavailable for orders placed outside the United States. For questions please contact Customer Care at customercare@gorjana.com

The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs’ procedures or clearance. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers or to customs or postal authorities, in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. For example, for gifts, customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package. Cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

International Returns: Any approved shipping costs, return customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.

Do you offer returns on sale items?

Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase.

How do I track my order?

At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to our shipping provider.

Order Status: If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account at My Account and clicking My Orders. If your order states “In Process”, your order has been received and is being processed by our fulfillment team. Changes cannot be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. If your order is marked as “Shipped”, you will see a shipment tracking number.

If you do not have an account, please contact Customer Care at customercare@gorjana.com or 866.829.0030 and we will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and the last name on the order ready.

Our U.S. shipments are generally shipped via UPS. You may visit www.ups.com to track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once our fulfillment team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

What is installments by Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. If you would like to know more about Afterpay, click here.

How do I use installments by Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using installments by Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

Can I use installments by Afterpay if i’m an international customer?

Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the AfterPay payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your schedule pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee, and an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single AfterPay transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on gorjana.com using Installments by Afterpay.

What products are not eligible for purchase using installments by Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I place a return if I ordered with AfterPay?
